DESCRIPTION

The SRT-E is a compact engine management system and data logger for race engines. The unit is an evolution of the SRA Engine Control Unit and has extended functionality with more robust external connections, increased communication capabilities and a higher number of inputs/outputs. It is capable of driving up to 8 injectors and 6 ignition coils, including logic command coils, and is compatible with a wide range of sensors and actuators. It contains a high performance RISC microcontroller and an FPGA for diagnostic purposes. It provides analogue
input for single-ended, temperature and knock sensors and an interface for a linear wide-band lambda sensor. The unit also provides 2 Half-Bridge output stages for use with suitable “Drive by Wire” or Trumpet Control actuators. 6 configurable speed sensor inputs (up to 3 Inductive),
provide full flexibility for configuration of engine-angle detection, as well as other frequency inputs such as wheel or shaft speed.

The ECU is also available in an SRT-EDL 64 version which
is provided with an internal 64 MByte data logger. Via an external Marelli module (DIM-141), the unit is also capable of driving GDI injectors and Diesel applications.
