DESCRIPTION

The PDU12-42HD is a vehicle electric power management system based on state of art MOSFET technology. The unit manages up to 200 A current though 42 independentlycontrolled rated outputs. It is currently been used as a main power distribution unit in different vehicles submitted to high levels of vibration and mechanical shocks. The unit monitors in real time the current’s level and the status of all the 42 outputs. This information is sent via CAN line and used for strategies, diagnose and maintenance operations. With its enlarged cooling radiator surface it is suitable for heavy duty conditions with limited possibility of heat dissipation caused by high temperature and frequently or permanently under high current load. This power unit works perfectly in combination with the SP-WRC2 switch panel (see the Auxiliary Modules section).
